Local Metro Stations are Closed For the Summer: How to Get Here
Oh no! As many of you know, the Metro stations near Crooked Beat Records will be closed for repairs all summer. However, that doesn't mean it's impossible to get to Crooked Beat! There are a couple of easy ways to get here by public transit.
π: WMATA will be running shuttle buses that serve the usual Metro routes. You can use the Yellow Line shuttle to get to Braddock Road or King Street station, or the Blue Line shuttle to get to King Street station.
β΄: You can visit us by boat! The @potomacriverboatcompany water taxi picks up at the Wharf and drops off at the Old Town waterfront,Β
just a few blocks from Crooked Beat.
π: You can visit us by bus! AT2, AT4, and AT8 bus lines all stop at the corner of Fairfax and Madison- either right in front of or across the street from Crooked Beat.
π: The free Old Town Trolley runs up and down King Street every 10-15 minutes. From the Market Square stop, it's only a few blocks to Crooked Beat.
